Returns
We offer a 10-day return period from the date you receive your order.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Returns are only accepted where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrectly supplied.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging, seals, stickers or shrink wrapping, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible within 10 business days if your item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in return.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
